What selection do you offer in my community?

You can choose between three levels of daled minim, with the quality going up with each level. At every level, we offer Moroccan or Israeli Esrogim.

How do the discounts work?

There are 3 discounts available. DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE APPLIED WITHOUT A CODE.

The Early Bird Special is applicable to all orders made before 12am on September 5th and offers 5% off the order total. Code: EarlyBird25

The Family Discount is applicable to orders of $220 and above throughout the season and offers 5% off the order total. Code: Family25

The Kodesh Discount is applicable to Klei Kodesh families and offers 10% off order total throughout the season. Code: Kodesh25

Please note, discounts can not be combined.

How do I choose my own daled minim if they are sent to me from the warehouse?

The daled minim are all sent to the shuk location in your community. You can come choose your daled minim from the price-level you paid for on Shuk day. Although you are guaranteed a set by pre-ordering, the selection will diminish throughout the day.

Where will the Shuk be held?

Getrog Dallas Shuk this year is at 5944 McShann Rd, Dallas, TX 75230 in the South Eruv.

How do my daled minim stay fresh until they get here?

Your daled minim are carefully wrapped and packaged in our warehouse in NY and then shipped overnight directly to the Shuk location.

How soon before the chag do I get my daled minim?

The Shuk will be open during the week of Yom Kippur. The exact date will be sent to you via email after you have made your order.

Is my shipping cost based on my location?

No. You only pay the price of the products you order. Getrog charges NO hidden fees or shipping costs.
